Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Bhuj & Sightseeing
Upon arrival at Bhuj Railway Station or Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and lunch, visit the Smritivan Earthquake Memorial and Museum, a poignant tribute to the 2001 Gujarat earthquake, featuring interactive exhibits and panoramic views. Return to the hotel in the evening.

Day 2: Bhuj Exploration & Mandvi Coastal Excursion
After breakfast, begin your day with visits to the Aina Mahal and Prag Mahal, showcasing Bhuj’s royal heritage and architecture. Continue to Vande Mataram Memorial at Bhujodi, an immersive museum celebrating India’s freedom struggle.
In the evening, proceed on an excursion to Mandvi. Visit the grand Vijay Vilas Palace, a former summer retreat of the Kutch royal family, followed by a relaxing time at the scenic Mandvi Beach.
Return to Bhuj for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Traditional Village Experience & White Rann Visit
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards White Rann (Dhordo). En route, visit Nirona Village, famous for its unique Rogan art, copper bell making, and lacquer work. You may also explore other traditional villages showcasing Kutch’s vibrant crafts and culture.
Upon arrival in Dhordo, check in to your resort and enjoy lunch. Later, visit the Rann Utsav Market and explore the dazzling White Rann, a surreal expanse of salt desert. Engage in exciting adventure activities like ATV rides, paramotoring, and camel cart rides (optional, at your own expense).
In the evening, enjoy dinner accompanied by a cultural night featuring traditional music and dance at the resort.

Day 04: Sunrise at White Rann, Scenic Kalo Dungar & 'Road to Heaven' Drive to Dholavira
Start your day early with a breathtaking sunrise at the White Rann, where the rising sun paints the salt desert in golden hues—a truly unforgettable sight.
After returning to the resort for breakfast, check out and begin your journey towards Kalo Dungar (Black Hill), the highest point in Kutch. From here, enjoy panoramic views of the White Rann merging with the horizon, and visit the Dattatreya Temple perched on the hill.
En route, experience the stunning ‘Road to Heaven’, a unique stretch of road flanked by the white salt flats on both sides, offering surreal photographic opportunities and a sense of driving through infinity.
Continue your journey through the changing landscapes of Kutch towards Dholavira, one of the most significant archaeological sites of the Indus Valley Civilization, located on Khadir Bet Island.
Arrive in Dholavira by evening and check in to your stay (resort or eco-camp). Relax and soak in the serene desert surroundings.

Day 05: Dholavira Exploration & Departure to Bhuj
After an early breakfast, begin your exploration of the ancient archaeological site of Dholavira, one of the most remarkable and well-preserved urban settlements of the Indus Valley Civilization (Harappan era). Walk through the ruins of a 5,000-year-old city, and witness its sophisticated water conservation systems, well-planned streets, reservoirs, and fortifications. Don’t miss the famous signboard with Indus script, considered one of the earliest forms of writing in the world.
You can also visit the Dholavira Fossil Park, which showcases ancient wood fossils and offers insight into the region’s prehistoric ecology.
After the sightseeing, check out from your accommodation and begin your drive back to Bhuj, enjoying the vast, raw landscapes of the Rann of Kutch along the way.
Arrive in Bhuj by evening and proceed to Bhuj Railway Station or Airport for your onward journey with unforgettable memories of Kutch.
